We do lots of lovely things at The Caledonia but what you really need to try is a Caledonia Sunday. It’s when the true community vibes come alive. Full on wholesome, social and down to earth pub vibes for the whole family.
Every other Sunday we host a Traditional Irish Session 3-6pm, on the same Sunday you can go large and hang on for house favourites Loose Moose String Band at 8pm. Opposite Sundays feature The Martin Smith Quartet 2-5pm. This family friendly show features regular guests, including some unbelievably talented pupils of the band’s musicians.
Every Sunday we serve a hearty and delicious Vegan Roast Dinner for £10 as well as our full menu 12-9pm. We often try out new specials and have special offers on Sunday so it’s definitely worth checking out our socials to see what’s on offer.
We also host our famous Dog Socials, Crafty & Swap events on Sunday’s so keep an eye on the calendar. If all this isn’t enough to keep you entertained we have a stash of board and card games and a free book swap shelf.

We’re also super dog friendly so feel free to bring alone the pooches too. Students get 10% off everything full price.

The Cali (as it’s affectionately known) is a Liverpool City Centre pub. Known Grassroots live music, great people, community spirit and being massively dog friendly.
The Caledonia is a completely Vegan venue selling local Craft Beer & Real Ale with a delicious vegan food menu featuring Burgers, Wings, Loaded Fries and more.
Sitting on the corner of Catharine Street in Liverpool’s Georgian quarter it’s perfectly situated for quiet nights, big nights, pub crawls, pre-theatre pints, dropping in for one, having a bite to eat and grabbing a gig.
